We will let everyone know if any spaces open up before the pageant. Hair & Makeup Styling is ONLY for Mandatory Competition Events: Personal Interview & On-Stage Competition. Stying for any rehearsals, parties, or other non-competition events are additional and optional services a la carte and must be booked before the pageant. All payments made are non-refundable with the exception of no longer participating in the pageant.

INFORMATION
Prepped Hair: We do not offer blow-out services for pageants. In the event you show up with wet hair you will be asked to dry their own hair and then return when it is ready to be styled. Your styling time will ultimately be cut short because we can not shorten anyone else's time to accommodate your situation. Please plan accordingly, come with your hair prepped for the style you are wanting. For example, if you know you want to wear your hair with natural curls do not arrive with your hair blown out or straightened. If you would like to wear your hair straight, do not arrive with it full of product and with natural curls. Your hair will be styled in the way your hair was prepped for upon arrival.
Hair Extensions & Hair Pieces: Hair must be provided by client, pre-cut and colored if necessary. Hair must be removed from any packaging and ready to use. Please tell the stylist whether extensions are synthetic or Remy human hair. Texas Glam Squad stylists are not responsible for the damage of any extensions provided by the client. It is the clients' duty to inform stylist of any hair instructions pertaining the extensions. *Hair Extension placement and trimming is only available for select events and must be done in advance and paid for before services are rendered.
Schedules, Times, and Appointments: Clients must be paid in full the week before the pageant in order to be included in scheduling. Styling schedules will be sent out before the pageant once a final contestant headcount is obtained. Appointment times are set in accordance of what time each contestant needs to be ready: For example: by age division, competition category, and/or whether or not a contestant is participating in a particular area of competition. Clients are NOT allowed to select their own time slots and should plan to be present and available for the entire time slot assigned. Schedules are planned out with the group as a whole taken into consideration. Styling will only take place during breaks or when styling is allowed by the pageant. Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are late, your styling will not go over another client's appointment and your time will be cut short.
*In the event pageant rehearsals and/or events have a last minute schedule change, we are not responsible and will modify schedules to the best of our ability to accommodate these changes to make sure everyone is styled on-time. We need everyone to be flexible and able to adjust to any last minute changes when needed.
